This space is self-serve . That means you get out what you put in. Here’s how to make it work for you (and your buddy): 1️⃣ Introduce yourself Share your role, target industry, and what you need help with. 2️⃣ Find a buddy Reply to someone’s intro OR post your own and invite replies. Aim for 1–2 peers max so it stays meaningful. 3️⃣ Set ground rules Decide together: check-in schedule (weekly/bi-weekly), how you’ll connect (Slack, Zoom, WhatsApp), and what support looks like (mock interviews, resume swaps, job leads). 4️⃣ Stay accountable Show up for your buddy. If you commit, follow through. This works only if both sides invest. 5️⃣ Keep it respectful Celebrate wins, normalize setbacks, and share resources. No spamming. No sales pitches. 💡 Tip: Smaller groups (2–4 people) work best. Think of this like a study group for job hunting.
