If you have been asking Claude to help with your job search and the outputs feel generic, it is not Claude. It is the context you did not give it. Claude is not your output. Claude is your infrastructure. I built a system that I share with every coaching client. I just dropped the free version in the community library. It is called the Job Seeker Claude Brain. Two parts. One Master Context Document. 10 sections. Fill once, update monthly. Who you are. Niche in 5 words. Target role. Comp. Career stories with real receipts. Skills. Voice and tone. Red flags and how you explain them. Goals at 90 days, 12 months, 5 years. Constraints. Ten Claude projects. Each one loads the same Master Context PDF. Each one has its own custom instructions. Project 1. Strategy Brain. Blunt advisor for career decisions. Project 2. Resume Tailoring. Per JD, only real receipts, never invent. Project 3. Outreach and Cover. Under 120 words, in your voice. Project 4. Interview Prep. Mock runs, rehearse red flags. Project 5. LinkedIn Content. Transformation, Insight, FAQ, on rotation. Project 6. Salary Negotiation. Plays recruiter, holds your number. Project 7. Networking. DMs, call prep, follow-ups. Project 8. Company Research. Funding, pain points, smart questions. Project 9. Skill Development. Gap map, 14-day plans, one shipped proof-of-work. Project 10. Mindset. Reframes rejection as data. Catches your spiral. Setup: 2 hours this weekend. Payoff: every Claude conversation about your career is 10x sharper forever.
